2017年8月15日，Ooredoo（总部设在卡塔尔多哈的国际电信运营商），宣布将使用Ranplan公司iBuildNet全球领先的功能来设计和优化其在全球范围内的DAS和小蜂窝异构网络，新一代无线通信网络对于带宽和QoS需求的不断提升，要求无线运营商必须通过网络规划优化工具进行网络设计，才能满足不断增长的业务需求。
